I bought this land for my own second life. I cleared the woodland, levelled the site into flat ground, and relocated the containers here. My plan was to use this as a base for my DIY hobby while enjoying the mountains, but work has been busy and I have not been able to touch it for about two years. The property is in a villa (vacation home) area in Kawasaki, Miyagi Prefecture, 15 minutes by car from Miyagi Kawasaki IC. Recommended for people who want to build it themselves, nature-oriented people moving to the countryside, and those planning a second life. Because the container house is partway through construction, it is an inexpensive property with plenty of freedom.
Electricity and water are already connected, so you do not need to budget for that (it can cost quite a lot).

Two 20-foot containers have been joined together. There is no need to worry about rain leaking through the joint, and there are no problems with the building structure. The interior walls and ceiling are finished in OSB plywood with recessed downlights already installed, and insulation has already been put into the walls, floor and ceiling. A roof made of FRP has been installed over the outside of the containers. It is a double roof to improve insulation and reduce the sound of rain. Doors and windows are already fitted, and there is a toilet (to be installed from now on). If you add an exterior staircase, the roof can also be used as a terrace. The container colour can be changed too, so there is the fun of customizing it to your own taste. Everything can be done as an extension of DIY. For sewage, only a septic tank has been installed, and it has not been connected.
There is a hot spring, "Japo no Yu", a 2-minute drive from the villa area (400 yen admission). A hot spring supply could also be brought to the property, but it would cost money (about 1,000,000 yen), so I do not particularly recommend it. There is space to build a shower room. This is recommended for people who want to enjoy getting a second home through hobby-level DIY. Price is negotiable for a buyer who can purchase quickly.
There are mountain activities nearby, so it is also recommended for those who like foraging for wild vegetables and mountain stream fishing. It is even more fun with a buggy. Skiing is of course possible too. A festival is held nearby every year during Golden Week, and the property can be used for that as well.

自分のセカンドライフのためにこちらの土地を購入しました。山林だった所を伐採して平地に整え、コンテナを移設しました。こちらを起点にして趣味のDIYを活かしながら山遊びを楽しむ予定だったはずが、仕事が忙しく2年ほど手をかけれていない状態です。場所は宮城県川崎の別荘地です。宮城川崎インターから車で15分、「自分で建てたい人」「自然志向の移住者」「セカンドライフ層」などにおススメです。建築途中のコンテナハウスなので、安価かつ自由度満載の物件です。
電気、水道も既に引いてるためこちらの予算もいりません。(これが結構かかる)

20フィートコンテナを接合しています。接合部からの雨漏りも心配ありません。建築構造としては問題ないです。内壁・天井はOSB合板で埋込ダウンライトが設置済、壁・床・天井には既に断熱材も入れてあり、コンテナハウスの上外側には屋根を設置。FRP素材のものです。断熱効果や雨音が響かないよう二重屋根にしています。既にドア・窓が付いていて、トイレもあります（←設置はこれから）。外階段を設ければ屋上も有効活用できます。コンテナの色も変えることもできますので、今から自分好みでいじれる楽しさがあります。DIYの延長で全てできます。下水は浄化槽のみ設置しましたが、繋げてはいませんでした。
別荘地から車で2分のところには「ジャポの湯の温泉」もあります（400円）。温泉も引っ張れますが、お金がかかります（100万円ほど）。おすすめとしては微妙です。シャワールームを作れるスペースはありますので、趣味の延長のDIYで楽しみながらセカンドハウスを手に入れられる、そんな方におすすめ物件となります。早く購入頂ける方なら価格交渉可能です。
近くで山遊びが楽しめるので、山菜採りや渓流釣りが好きな方にもおすすめしたいです。バギーがあればなお楽しめます。もちろんスキーも。GWに近くでフェスが毎年のあるので、その際にも利用できます。
