家屋はあちこち傷みがきており、動きが悪くなった襖、床が緩い部分などがあります。こんな実家でも年2回程度の帰省の際はお泊りしています。なので最小限のお泊りセット（布団など）がありますが、お譲りの際はこちらで片付けをします。過疎の村にある家ですが、このまま受け取ってくれる方を希望します。もちろん、家屋は再利用もよし、解体もよしです。よろしくお願いします。現状のままで受け取っていただける方を希望します。
海や山里に囲まれた土地です。海（河口）まで徒歩1分です。古い物件で、あちこちに傷みがあります。玄関、仏間の壁崩れ、納屋の壁崩れがあります。玄関の鍵破損で内側からのみ開け閉め可能です。家屋のひずみなどで襖などの動きが悪いです。冬は寒いです。
