Thank you for viewing this listing. I am currently not living here because I am caring for my mother. With the electricity, water and gas turned off, I use the house as a workshop and storage space for DIY projects. Because I love making things, I would like the house to go to someone who enjoys DIY or wants to start DIY, which is why I listed it here.
I fixed short-circuited wiring and installed dedicated air-conditioner wiring, so there are some areas where walls and ceilings have been stripped. <Good points>
The house is a 4-minute walk from Washinomiya Station. It takes 30 minutes from Washinomiya to Omiya and about 1 hour to Shinjuku or Ueno, which is a very workable commute. By car, the Kuki-Shiraoka Junction, where the Tohoku Expressway and the Ken-O Expressway (Metropolitan Inter-City Expressway) intersect, and the Kuki Interchange on the Tohoku Expressway are both generally within 15 minutes. You can live here without a car, but I believe parking could be created by removing part of the block wall in the garden. A supermarket is a 6-minute walk away, so daily life is convenient. There is also a place near the station where you can park a bicycle free of charge. The house gets good sunlight and ventilation. As it is a quiet location, it could be used in many ways: a hideaway a little way out of central Tokyo, a base for streaming on YouTube and similar platforms, a rental, and so on. Tokyo Electric Power supply, public water, public sewer and city gas are available.

The house is old and needs repairs in places. The toilet bowl has been removed and the room is used for storage, but it is set up so it can be restored immediately by installing a toilet bowl.

ショートしてる配線を直したりエアコン専用配線を引いたので壁や天井等を剥がした状態の箇所があります。バラした際の廃材がありますので処分をお願いします。その代わり修繕用の部材や工具・機材などそのまま差し上げますのでDIY等ご活用いただけたらと思います。見学可能です。ご購入を検討の方はお気軽にお問い合わせください。

＜良い所＞
鷲宮駅から徒歩4分と駅にも近く、鷲宮から大宮までは30分、新宿・上野までは１時間ほどと充分通勤が可能な時間です。東北道と圏央道が交差する久喜白岡ジャンクション、東北道の久喜インターまでも現地から概ね15分以内にアクセス可能であるなど、車による交通の便にも恵まれています。車が無くても生活できますが、庭のブロック塀を一部取り除くことで駐車スペースは確保できると思います。スーパーも物件から徒歩6分と近く生活するのに不便はございません。自転車も駅の近くに無償で置ける場所あり便利です。日当たり風通しは良好です。静かな場所なので都心から少し離れたところの秘密基地、YouTube等を配信する拠点、賃貸などなど、色々な使い方ができると思います。東京電力、公営水道・公共下水、都市ガスが使えます。
＜いまいちな所＞
築年数が経っていて所々修繕が必要です。トイレは便器を外し物置にしてますが、便器を設置すればすぐに原状回復できる状態にしてあります。
