A main house (43 years old), a detached annex (8 years old), a garden in front of the entrance, and a 150-year-old pond behind the residence on approx. 991 m² of land. The pond is home to 11 koi carp and more than 20 Japanese turtles. Around the pond are trees that have also stood for 150 years, including a pine tree, as well as azaleas, camellias and persimmon trees.
My parents-in-law lived in the main house, and my husband and I lived in the annex. After the deaths of my father-in-law and my husband, and my mother-in-law's move into a care facility, I became the only resident. My husband's death triggered an inheritance, and after discussion it was decided to convert the approx. 991 m² of land and the residence into cash and divide the proceeds, so the property was posted on Ie-Ichiba. The main house currently has no belongings left in it. I am living in the annex, and once the sale is decided I plan to clear out the remaining belongings.
The local government is generous toward families raising children and also puts effort into welfare and elder care. Many migrants have moved here and run cafes, hair salons, English classes, share houses for foreigners, chiropractic clinics and so on, and they can receive subsidies from the local government. Medical costs are free for children up to high-school age, and there is a commuting-cost subsidy for high-school students. For seniors there are various clubs and circles, and there are three care facilities, including a geriatric health care facility, within walking distance.
Surroundings: the Sea of Japan is within walking distance, and there is a fish specialty shop nearby. There are also a supermarket, convenience store, home improvement store, ramen and udon restaurants, a ski resort, a golf course, orchards, and hiking/mountain climbing. There are cafes in the area. The JR station and bus stop are both within walking distance, the expressway interchange is 5 minutes away, and there is a roadside station (michi-no-eki). It does snow in winter, but because the area is close to the sea, in some years the accumulation was only about 5 cm. Large commercial facilities and a general hospital are 20 to 30 minutes away by car.
Given these surroundings, if you would like to live here, I have no particular conditions, but I would ideally like a buyer who will keep the property as it is. Considering my circumstances, I would be glad to sign a contract as soon as possible.

この母屋に義両親、離れに私と夫が住んでいましたが、義父と夫の死去、義母の施設入居により住民は私ひとりとなりました。夫の死去で相続が発生し、協議の結果、約991㎡の土地と住居を現金化して分ける事となり、家いちばに投稿しました。現在母屋は残存物なく、離れは私が生活していますが、物件の売却が決まれば残存物の撤去をする予定です。
この地域の行政は子育て年代に手厚く、また福祉介護にも力を入れているので、ファミリーでの入居、またカフェ、美容室、英語教室、外国人向けシェアハウス、整体治療院等を経営している移住者が多く、行政からの補助も受けられます。こどもは高校生まで医療費無料、高校生の通学費補助、高齢者には各種サークル、また老健などの施設も徒歩圏内に3軒あります。
立地の環境として日本海まで徒歩圏内、近くにお魚専門店あり、スーパー、コンビニ、ホームセンター、ラーメンうどん屋、スキー場、ゴルフ場、果樹園、登山も出来ます。カフェ等あり、JR駅まで徒歩圏内、バス停徒歩圏内、高速道路インターまで5分、道の駅あります。冬に雪は降りますが、この地域は海が近いので5cm位積もる年もありました。大きな商業施設や総合病院迄は車で20分～30分かかります。
以上の環境の元、住んでみたい方でしたら、とくに希望条件はありませんが、出来たら現状のまま使ってくださる方を希望します。時期は諸事情を考えると早く契約出来たら嬉しいです。
