I bought this land because I was drawn to its convenient location in Nishi-ku, Fukuoka City, with a slight distant view of Hakata Bay. The size of 57 tsubo was also attractive. There was one problem, however: between the front road and the land there were steps with a drop of 1.5 m to 2 m. To solve this, I used heavy machinery to build a slope, and the land can now be accessed by car going up and down. If I had to name one drawback, the slope would be difficult for a regular passenger car. You would probably park on the front road and walk down. A 4WD vehicle such as an SUV can manage it without trouble.
