平成29年に購入して全部屋洋室化、新品水洗トイレ、室内洗濯機置き場、檜羽目板風呂、エアコン設置、新品都市ガス給湯器設置などしまして賃貸物件に仕上げました。入れ替わり2回ありましたが、現在まで安定して入居しております。物件の入れ替えで自宅から遠い物件を売却しているので今回売却する移行となりました。現在29,000円で賃貸中です。管理保証会社からの安定入金になります。
低家賃なので通常売却よりもこちらのサイトが売主、買主ともにメリットがあると思いまして依頼しました。賃貸中につき、内覧はできませんが、内部写真と外観での引き渡しになります。買主が5年で回収できるように150万円での売却希望です。リフォーム済み入居済み安定賃貸中なのでしばらくは何もしなくてよいと思います。
都市ガスでリフォーム済入居中です。屋根のルーフィングは張替えしてるところがウリです。イマイチな点は駐車場が無く、近隣で別途借りる形になること、3軒長屋の間の物件なところです。
