The owner plans to move overseas, so if a decision can be made early, some price negotiation is possible (a small amount).

古い物件の為昔ながらの2DKの古臭い内装でしたが、おしゃれな1LDKにリフォームしました。また、玄関側にはエアコンをつけれない仕様になっていましたが、こちらも改造してしっかりしたエアコンをつけました。リビングにも大容量エアコンがついてます。トイレは新品のウォシュレット式に作り変えました。
