Description
I bought this house about 7 years ago through the akiya bank (vacant house bank). However, my husband, who is the registered owner, has fallen ill and is undergoing treatment in Tokyo, so the house is now vacant. Recently a letter arrived from Taku City Hall asking us to take care of the management of the vacant house, but because the registered owner has become physically disabled, I cannot leave him to manage the house. I would like to sell it as soon as possible, so I appreciate your consideration.
The house was built in 1952 (Showa 27) and is quite old. The vegetation needs to be managed, but if it can be renovated, I think the site is quite spacious.

約7年前に空き家バンクを通じて購入しましたが、名義人である主人が病に倒れ、東京での闘病生活をすることになり、空き家になっています。先日多久市役所から空き家の管理を何とかして欲しいと手紙が届きましたが、身体障害となった名義人を家に置いて管理が出来ません。出来るだけ早く手放したいので、よろしくお願い致します。
昭和27年築でかなり古いです。草木の管理が必要ですが、リノベーション出来れば土地などはかなり広いと思います。
※写真にズレがありますが、現状は草木が酷く、伐採などして下さる方にお譲りしたいです。都内在住で名義人が障害持ちの為、現地立ち会いが出来ません。購入者自ら現状を見て頂き、商談をしたいです。残置物が多数あり、一部を引き取りたいです。
