I bought this house in March 2023 and lived in it until March 2025. For personal reasons I have moved out, so it is currently vacant. I was told that before I bought it the house had been empty for a long time and the garden was overgrown with trees. I repaired it myself (DIY) while living here. There are weeds in the garden, but because I lived here until recently, the interior is tidy. Handover is possible at any time.
The house sits on a hill overlooking Matsusaka City, with a pond nearby, and the view is wonderful. The interior was renovated DIY-style using solid (natural) wood, giving it the atmosphere of a holiday home. The house is built on a slope: the entrance is on the 2nd floor, which is the living space. The 1st floor has the bath, a storage room and a workshop. Electricity and water supply/sewage are connected (water/sewage marked as available in the original); gas is not connected and the house has a kerosene water heater. Matsusaka City sewerage has been installed in the housing development, and a connection work will be required. Because the land has a difference in elevation, this may be costly. The house was previously connected to the centralized septic system of Hioka-cho, but there are no piping drawings, so the details are unknown.
The building is unregistered. The land is large, and maintaining the garden is the hardest part. It gets quite hot in midsummer. Winters are fairly cold, but a stove warms the house up. It could be used as a residence, a holiday home, an atelier or a shop. Is there anyone who could make use of it?

2023年の3月に購入し、2025年の3月まで住んでいましたが、諸事情により引っ越したので現在は空き家になっております。購入する前は空き家期間が長く庭は木に覆われていたそうですが、DIYで修繕して暮らしておりました。庭は雑草が生えていますが、最近まで住んでいたので室内は片付いています。引き渡しはいつでもOKです。
松阪市が見渡せる高台で池がそばにあり、とにかく景色がいいです。内装はDIYリフォームし、無垢の木材を使った別荘の様な雰囲気になっております。斜面に建っており、玄関は2階にあって居住空間になっています。1階はお風呂と倉庫、作業場があります。電気、上下水◯、ガスは引いておらず石油給湯器が付いてます。団地に松阪市の下水道が整備され、接続工事が必要となります。高低差のある土地のため、高額になるかもしれません。以前までは日丘町の集中浄化槽につながっていたのですが、配管図面がなく詳細が不明です。
建物は未登記になっております。土地が広く庭の手入れが一番大変です。真夏はかなり暑いです。冬はまあ寒いですがストーブを炊けば暖まります。居住や別荘、またはアトリエ、店舗など、活用できる方いかがですか。
