This detached house was built in the days when Yubari flourished as a coal-mining town. The original owner could no longer manage it, so we took it over. After hearing about the family's memories of gatherings in the home and their wish that new memories be carefully carried on, the house is currently occupied by a young family. This is a change-of-owner (owner-change) sale of a tenanted property.
The house is a 3LDK built in 1981 for a family. Even in Yubari's harsh winters, the floor heating keeps the house warm. You can picture children coming home from playing in the snow and smiles spreading as everyone gathers in the living room. Ideally the handover would be completed before the snow falls, and we hope to adjust the timing to suit your schedule.
The bathroom shower and toilet were newly replaced in 2023. In 2024, the garage roof was fully replaced and the eaves of the main house were repaired. 1981年に家族のために建てられた3LDKです。寒さの厳しい夕張の冬でも、床暖房のおかげで家の中はぽかぽか。子どもたちが外で雪遊びをして帰ってきても、居間に集まればすぐに笑顔が広がる…そんな場面が思い浮かぶような家です。できれば雪が降る前に引き渡しまで済むと一番ですが、ご都合をお伺いした上で調整できますと幸いでございます。
2023年に浴室シャワーとトイレを新規交換済み、2024年ガレージ屋根全張替・母屋軒修繕済みです。汲取り物件がネックになるかと思いますが、その分利回りを高めに価格を下げさせていただきました。
