殆どの物は片付けましたが、倉庫と庭に残留物があります。家の中は、かなり広いですが2階に雨漏りの痕跡が数カ所あり、お風呂以外の水回りは改修が必要になると思います。1階奥の和室には、お茶が出来る様に水屋と炉が切ってあります。敷地内に木造トタンの倉庫が有りますが、こちらもそれなりの広さがあり、雨の日でもちょっとしたトレーニングに使えるかもしれません。
倉庫の前は、車が4台駐車可能です。井戸もあるので、洗車や水やりも災害時も心配無く使えます。歩いて数分の所には、小さなショッピングタウンもありますし、徒歩圏内に幼稚園と小学校もあります。栃木県の自治医科大学病院も車で20分くらい、国道4号と50号に出るのも楽です。一番便利なのは、車で18分位で小山駅に着くので東京への通勤も可能だと思います。
