The site is approximately 54 tsubo, flat and regularly shaped. The environment is calm and green, and the land category is residential (building land). The building is old. In its current condition it would be difficult to live in and there are many places that need repair. Operation of the equipment and fixtures has not been checked. 建物は木造2階建と倉庫9.91㎡と平成16年築の平屋19.87㎡、間取はおそらく5LDKです。1階は、リビングとキッチン 和室2部屋 洗面所 浴室2階は、和室2部屋 洋室1部屋です。敷地約54坪、平坦な整形地です。穏やかで緑豊かな環境、土地は宅地です。建物が古いです。現況のままでは生活に支障あり修繕が必要な箇所が多々あります。設備等の動作確認は行なっておりません。ご了承の上、購入をご検討くださいますようお願い致します。固定資産税は明確ではないのですがおおよそ年16,500円くらいです。
