This is a holiday house (villa) in Fukuoka, Nakatsugawa City, Gifu Prefecture. The owner bought it about three years ago. 中津川福岡にある別荘です。3年前ほどに購入しました。だいぶ古かったため直しながら使っていましたが、仕事の事情でなかなか行けなくなり売りに出します。だいぶ直したので使う分には問題ありませんが、まだ直したほうがいいところがあるのである程度DIYできる人がいいと思います。
お風呂はありませんが、隣が共同露天風呂なので気にならないと思うます。逆にガス代がかからなくていいです。ただ12月から3月まで凍結防止で水道が止まります。皆さんはペットボトルで水を持参しています。近くに温泉がありますので冬はそちらを利用するといいです。5分くらいのところに鮎釣りでにぎわう川があります。釣り好きの人の拠点でもいいです。建物自体古くまだ修理が行き届いていないので安めの価格となっております。ご理解をお願いします。時期は特にはこだわっていませんが なるべく早い方がいいです。
物件の売りは、何と言っても眺めがいいのと価格が安いことです。いまいちなのは、やはり建物がだいぶ古いのである程度自分で修繕が必要なところです。
内覧の際は、立ち会いができない場合はリモートでご案内します。私物や カーテンは撤去して中が見えやすいようになっております。
