Description
Property: House with land (sold as land with an old house)
Location: Mikage Hondori, Shimizu-cho, Kamikawa-gun, Hokkaido
Land: 280 m²
Building: 92 m², wooden, 3LDK
Current status: Currently leased
The owner bought this house around 2011 (Heisei 23) and lived in it, then moved out and began renting it. Since around 2014 (Heisei 26) it has been rented to a tenant who used it while studying abroad for ice hockey, then as temporary housing while building a new home. It is currently occupied by a company as an office and residence at a rent of 37,000 yen.
There is a garage and parking space. Propane gas, kerosene water heater. Bath and toilet are separate.
The Western-style room, kitchen and living room have been renovated. The station is a 1-minute walk away, so you can even wait until you see the train arriving and still make it. The shortest travel time to Obihiro Station is 27 minutes. The toilet is a vault (pit) type, which is a drawback.
Because the property is within commuting distance of Obihiro, the rent for older detached houses in this area is around 45,000 to 50,000 yen. This property's rent is lower than the market rate because of the vault toilet, but the sewer pipe runs right in front of the property, so connecting to the sewer would be expected to allow a rent increase.
We cannot respond to unreasonable requests for discounts. Individual installment payments are not offered.
