高台にあるとても見晴らしの良い場所です。目前には壱岐島の美しい海が広がり、郷ノ浦港に発着するフェリーの入港を眺めることができます。朝晩の眺めは最高です。郷ノ浦港までは徒歩20分程度です。壱岐～博多間のフェリーも1時間に数本と、他県への交通アクセスも良い場所です。また、壱岐市一番の繁華街（スーパー・飲食店・病院）へも徒歩10分と近く、インフラもしっかりしている便利な場所です。
隣地は教会があり、上下水道もあります。ライフラインについて上下水道以外特にありません。草刈りなどの管理もきちんとおこなってきたので、建物はすぐに建てられます。釣りや海遊びが好きな方、また壱岐の生ウニやワカメなどの海産物は新鮮でどこでも味わえない食材です。セカンドハウスとして、別荘としてとてもよい場所です。見晴らしがよく静かで海が好きな方には最適です。高台にあるため崖条例で建築に規制があるかもしれません。住宅用地ですので住宅ならば大丈夫です。いずれ帰郷したいと思い、今日まで大切に管理してきましたので、どなたか壱岐の島が大好きで、大切にしてくださる方に購入いただけたら幸せです。
