I bought it in June 2024 through an introduction from a real estate agent I know, and I thought I could turn it into an income-producing property through renovation. Features: The property sits on a spacious 100-tsubo plot that can be used as a field or garden. It is a good location, a 9-minute walk to the nearest station, Shibakawa Station, in an area rich in nature where you can enjoy a peaceful countryside life.
