Description
A residential lot in a snowy area, inherited through generations, about a 7-minute walk from Aniai Station on the Akita Nairiku Jukan Railway. It is the birthplace of Goro Kanawa (listed on Wikipedia), and the seller built the grave monument at Sennenji Temple. The property has been inherited over many generations, but the owner suffered a cerebral hemorrhage and is partially paralyzed and needs constant care, so he cannot manage it. Because of his age, he has decided to sell as part of putting his assets in order.

秋田内陸縦貫鉄道阿仁合駅から徒歩7分ほどのところです。金輪五郎の生家で、Wikipediaにも載っていますが、専念寺の墓碑は私が建てました。先祖代々相続してきましたが、所有者の私が脳出血で倒れ、半身不随で常に介護をされていなければならず、管理できないことや高齢で財産整理のため売却することにしました。
広さは774.14㎡あり、宅地として登録されています。現在は畑として昭和30年代頃より無償で隣人に貸与しています。小屋が立っている程度ですが、売却が決まれば更地にするよう申し入れを行います。ここの取引相場価格は4,100円/㎡です。ただ、場所も場所なので値下げ交渉にも応じます。土地は広く約235坪あります。田舎で雪深いところです。
ライフラインについて、すぐ隣に家が建つ一応住宅地なので、電気、簡易水道程度は来ているとは思いますが、ガスはプロパンになると思います。インターネットで調べたところ個別浄化槽での下水道があると思います。
