The owner is originally from Wakayama Prefecture and bought this land intending to move here after retirement. Due to personal circumstances the move is not possible, so the owner has decided to sell. The land is currently flat. At the back of the land there is an aluminum shed (6 tatami mats in size). The land is about 4 km in a straight line from the coast and sits on slightly higher ground, roughly 20 m (approximate, owner's estimate) above sea level, so there is no concern about tsunami. It is open to the southeast and has a good view. To the west (straight ahead from the front of the land) is a neighboring mountain thick with trees. The nearest JR station is Kii-Uchihara Station, 3 km away. For daily shopping, there are an A-Coop Hidaka and a Seven-Eleven near Uchihara Station. A 15-minute drive will take you to central Gobo City, where there are many restaurants.

元々和歌山県の出身で定年後移住するつもりで購入しましたが、諸事情で移住できませんので手放そうと思います。現況平地です。奥の方にアルミ製の小屋（6畳）があります。価格はその近辺の相場を参考にし、相談したいと思います。売却時期は特にこちらの希望はありません。
海岸から直線で4km程度あり、少し高台20m?位にあり、津波の心配はありません。東南が開けて眺望が良いです。西側（土地の正面突き当り）が隣地の山で木が生い茂っています。JRの最寄り駅は紀伊内原駅で3kmあります。日常の買い物は内原駅近辺にAコープ日高やセブンイレブンがあります。又車で15分ほど走れば御坊市内で飲食店は多数あります。
写真では物件の位置がわかりづらいのですが、正面の小高い山の手前に2軒映っていますが、その中央になります。
