Thank you for viewing this listing. I bought this property in May 2024 and have been doing DIY work to turn it into a motorcycle workshop, but due to a job transfer I regretfully have to let it go. I am looking for someone who will use it for DIY projects or as a storage space.
The previous owner repaired the rain leak at the second-floor veranda and did electrical work. Both 100V and 200V (usable for large power tools) are reportedly available. I did not sign a contract for the electricity, so I have not used it myself. Lumber and fittings from partially completed demolition work are piled up in the garden. If you are fine with taking them as they are, I will also include tools worth 200,000 yen.
The main selling point is the large earthen-floor (doma) space on the first floor, which can fit motorcycles and even a kei car. Water supply and electricity are connected. A public toilet is nearby, so you do not need to install a toilet. A shrine is also close by, and according to the hazard map there is no danger in this area, so it can be called a safe location. Downsides: although a sewer line has been installed in the road in front of the property, the house is not connected to the sewer, and a graveyard is nearby.
I checked the levelness of the house when doing DIY work (additional photos included). Documents for simple seismic reinforcement work and a seismic evaluation are available. The land boundaries have not been confirmed, but relations with the neighbors are very good.

ご覧いただきありがとうございます。2024年5月に当物件を購入し、DIYをしてバイク小屋を作っていたのですが異動に伴って心苦しくも手放す事になりました。DIYや倉庫として活用してくださる方を募集しています。
前オーナーさんが2階のベランダの雨漏り修理や、電気工事をしてくださっており100Vが勿論、大きな工具を使える200Vも使えるそうです。私は契約しなかったので使用しておりません。解体に途中の木材や建具が庭に集積しておりますが、そのままでよろしければ工具（20万円分）も差し上げます。
バイクや軽自動車も入る大きな1階の土間スペースがうりです。上水道と電気はきております。公衆トイレが近くトイレを用意しなくてもいいです。神社も近く、ハザードマップからも危険性がない事から、安全な場所といえます。いまいちな所は目の前の道路に下水が整備されていながら、下水接続がないこと、墓地が近い事です。
家の水平レベルをDIYする際に確認しました（写真追加あり）。簡易耐震の工事や耐震評価の資料あります。土地未境界ですが近隣の方とは非常に関係良好です。
