Description
This is a traditional Japanese house (kominka) built in the Taisho era (1912-1926), close to the Seto Inland Sea. I received it from an acquaintance. I considered using it as a storage space, but the site is large and difficult to maintain, so I would like to pass it on to someone who loves old traditional houses. I have cleared out a good deal of the belongings in the main house, so it should be possible to move in right away. However, there are two storehouses (kura), one attached and one detached, which still contain many old tools and scrap materials and have not been cleared out.
The house is by the sea, a 5-minute walk to the water, which is highly recommended for anyone who enjoys marine sports. Unusually for properties in the area, the back garden can be used as parking. The bath, the window sashes and the roof sheathing (noji) of the second floor have all been renovated. There are gardens at both the front and the back, and the front garden could be used for a kitchen garden or similar.
Please note: some belongings and other items remain on the property. The tatami mats on the second floor of the main house feel spongy underfoot. The nearest station is far away, and it is a location where you cannot live without a car. On-site viewings and questions are welcome. For buyers living far away, a guided tour via Zoom or similar is also available.

知人から譲りうけました。倉庫として使おうかと思いましたが、敷地が広く手入れが大変なため、古民家を好きな方にお譲りしたいです。母屋の荷物はかなり片付けましたのですぐ住んで頂けるかと思いますが、蔵が併設と別棟に2箇所あり（古い道具や廃材が沢山あります）、処分しておりません。
海沿いにありますので海まで徒歩5分です。マリンスポーツをされる方にはとてもおすすめです。また、周辺の物件にはなかなかありませんが、裏庭を駐車場としてお使い頂けます。お風呂とサッシ類、2回屋根の野地全てを改装しております。庭が表と裏にあり、表庭なら家庭菜園なども可能です。
