Surfers, take note. Even we locals (our friend group) often say we would love to live near Taito. We bought this land with the idea of someday building a combined home and shop, or apartments (currently it is used by our friend group, as shown in the photos).
Location: Isumi City, next to Ichinomiya Town in Chosei District, the surfing mecca of eastern Chiba. It is just under 2 hours from the Tokyo metropolitan area. Locally, it is along the road from the Kujukuri Beach Line connecting to National Route 128, near the entrance to Taito-zaki Lighthouse. It is a comfortable distance from the busy resort atmosphere of Ichinomiya, while supermarkets, drugstores, home centers and the like are located on this side, so it is very convenient.
The area near the sea in particular keeps seeing more new houses built by newcomers, apartments, vacation homes, lodging facilities, restaurants and other shops year after year, and land prices are rising. The property sits midway between some of the Kanto region's best surf spots.
Many people run their own guesthouses or minpaku (private lodging), and independent restaurants and cafes are thriving in the area, so the land suits a wide range of uses. 場所は、千葉県東部 サーフィンの聖地 長生郡一宮町 の隣り「いすみ市」、 首都圏から2時間弱の位置です。ローカルでは、九十九里ビーチラインから国道128号線に接続した先、太東崎灯台 入口付近な為、一宮のリゾート的でザワつく雰囲気から、丁度良い距離感をあけ、スーパー、ドラックストアやホームセンター等はコチラ側に位置する為、利便性に優れています。
特に海近エリアは、年々、移住者の新築やアパート、別荘や宿泊施設、飲食店等の店も増え続けており、土地価格も上昇している関東屈指のサーフポイントの中間に位置しております。
個人で宿泊や民泊施設をされる方も多く、個人の飲食店やカフェ等も元気な地域な為、様々な使用用途にも適して降り、お隣りを気にしなくても良い立地と敷地面積な為、国道沿いでありながらも、プライベート感が有り希少だと思います。
