This is land on Teshima, the island just west of Shodoshima, acquired through inheritance. Art works are scattered across the island, and the Teshima Art Museum is located there.
The land is about 5 minutes by car from Ieura Port, on the road that climbs south over the hill from Ieura Port and descends toward the sea at Kou Port. The plots are split on both sides of the prefectural road and front the road. Flat land and forest together total a little over 1,900 tsubo.
Building on the land may be difficult, but it could be used for camping or as a work space.
The owner would like to pass the land on to someone who has come to like Teshima and wants to make use of this place. It takes about 40 minutes by ferry from Uno Port in Okayama or from Takamatsu in Kagawa. Please feel free to inquire about viewings and the price.
