Forest land near Nishioka Dam. It was originally owned by my grandfather, inherited by my father, and then gifted to me. (I completed the ownership transfer registration myself.) I have never seen or visited the site. As I live far from the property, I am unable to provide on-site viewings or attend site visits.
A land survey map from 1999 (Heisei 11) can be obtained from the Legal Affairs Bureau. I do not know how much of the land fronts a road. I will not carry out any surveying or site preparation for the sale. Disposal of any items left on the land is the buyer's responsibility. Before purchasing, please thoroughly check the surrounding conditions, infrastructure, etc. yourself.
