秋田県横手市の飲食店街にある鉄骨造3階建てのビルです。市役所、郵便局、銀行等全て徒歩圏内です。横手駅までは徒歩20分弱の立地となります。前オーナーが1・2階を飲食店として経営し、ご夫婦で3階に居住しておりました。2022年3月競売により当方約230万円で落札しました。その後、500万円程かけて残置物撤去から雨漏り修繕（屋上防水改修工事及び外壁防水工事）と外壁塗装、貯水タンクの清掃・オーバーホール等を行いました。3階が住居スペースとなっておりますが、クロスを全て貼り替えました。主観ですが、写真の通り外観・内観ともに綺麗な状態かと思われます。暫くの間、賃貸で月約30万円で募集しておりましたが、地方の飲食店需要は思いの外厳しく、引き合いも少ないため、売却を検討した次第です。
