Description
This land was a mandarin orange orchard (on hillside land). Long ago, up until the 1970s (Showa 40s), the whole area was a thriving mandarin-producing region. However, after mandarin prices collapsed and growers aged, more and more people gave up growing mandarins. The land, including the plots I inherited, has become overgrown and neglected. Considering the future, I have decided to part with it. I would be glad if someone could put it to good use.
The land, together with the surrounding area, was improved under an agricultural and rural development project. It lies within an agricultural promotion area and is Class 1 farmland. It was formerly south-east-facing terraced fields with stone-walled terraces, but this has not been confirmed in its current state.

みかん畑（山）だった土地です。昔の話ですが昭和40年代までは地域一帯の活気があるみかんの産地でした。しかし、その後のみかん価格の暴落及び生産者の高齢化等でみかん栽培を諦める人がどんどん増えてしまいました。相続した私の土地も含めて荒廃してしまいました。今後のことを考えると手放すことになりました。活用していただける方がいらっしゃれば幸いです。
一帯の土地も含めて農業農村整備事業で整備された土地です。農業振興地域内で第一種農地です。石垣積みの南東向きの段々畑でしたが、今は確認とれていません。
農地法等が適用されますので、資格をお持ちの方のみとなるなど制限があります。20～30年手を入れてませんのでかなり荒廃してます。近くに電柱があります。
