現状有姿渡しでお願いします(現状のままの売買として売買にあたって当方での測量、整備等は行いません)。土地の境界は不明です。残置物の処理は買主様にてお願いします。購入前に周辺状況やインフラ等、買主様にて十分にご確認いただいた上でご購入下さい。尚、法律や条例等により用途によって制限がかかる可能性がありますので、現地自治体へ用途をお伝えの上でご確認下さい。
