Land located around the Air Self-Defense Force Chitose Air Base. It was originally owned by my grandfather, inherited by my father, and then gifted to me, and has remained with me since (I completed the ownership transfer registration myself). I have never seen or visited the site. Because I live far from the site, I am unable to guide viewings or be present on site.
Disposal of any items left on the land is the buyer's responsibility. Before purchasing, please thoroughly check the surrounding conditions, infrastructure, etc. yourself. Depending on the intended use, restrictions may apply under laws and ordinances, so please tell the local municipality your intended use and confirm with them. 残置物の処理は買主様にてお願いします。購入前に周辺状況やインフラ等、買主様にて十分にご確認いただいた上でご購入下さい。法律や条例等により用途によって制限がかかる可能性がありますので、現地自治体へ用途をお伝えの上でご確認下さい。現状では特に管理していないため維持費はかかっていませんが、利用開始にあたって維持費が発生する場合もあります。そちらは買主様のご判断でお願いします。法務局にて地積測量図が取得可能です。
