近くにはやすらぎの湯という温泉があり、また、3㎞ほどのところには表匹見峡、裏匹見峡という景勝地もあり、豊かな生活も楽しめます。近くを清流広見川が流れ、時期になると多くの太公望も訪れます。また近くに田んぼ約5反があり、建物と一緒に購入して頂きます。当地は寒暖差が大きく美味しいお米が出来ます。
