お世話になった知人が亡くなりました。その相続人の娘さんより依頼を受けて土地だけの売却情報掲載になります。やっと相続登記が完了しました。本物件は本土最南端の町「鹿児島県南大隅町」の「ど田舎」にあります。「佐多岬」や「雄川の滝」で有名な町です。亡くなった知人の娘さんも「相続した土地を利用する予定も全くないので、「亡父の実家があった土地とその周辺の土地を一緒に売却できないか」とのことです。現況は、何十年も手を入れられていないので山林・原野化しております。利用するのには伐採等が必要になります。しかもかなり広い面積になります。
亡くなった知人の実家（既に建物はないです）があった土地を含んで、一団の土地の合計4筆（地目は宅地と畑）で、登記簿上の面積は11,085㎡（約3,353坪）になります。亡父自身が建てた別の町の家に、当該地の家に住んでいた亡祖父、亡祖母を引き取ったのが30年前ぐらいです。そこから空き家になり手を入れることもなく建物も朽ち果ててしまいました。私たちも別の町に建てた家で暮らしていますので、手放すことにしました。
