My father bought two adjoining plots of this land 45 years ago, when it was being sold as a villa development with hot spring access. He built a two-storey wooden house on it, and our family enjoyed weekend hot spring getaways there. When the house began to need repairs due to age, the villa management company went bankrupt and the hot spring could no longer be used, so we visited less and less. The house fell into ruin and was later demolished, leaving the land cleared as it is today.
When the house stood here, depending on the room you could hear the announcements inside Nikko Edo Wonderland and the footsteps of people running through its maze - that is how close the property is to the park. It is also a convenient base for sightseeing, so how about considering it as a site for a second home?

There is currently no facility providing hot spring water, but since this is a residential area, water supply is not a problem (the pipes may have deteriorated). 別荘の家屋があった頃、部屋の場所によっては日光江戸村の館内放送や迷路を走る人の足音が家まで聞こえてきたくらい、日光江戸村至近距離の環境です。観光の拠点とするにも便利な場所ですので、セカンドハウスの建設地としていかがでしょう。
現在、更地です。日光江戸村至近距離で、観光利用に便利です。現在は、温泉を提供する設備はありませんが、住宅地ですので水道設備は問題ないです。（配管は劣化している可能性はあります）ガスはプロパンガスとの契約になるかと思います。（家屋があった頃はそうしておりました）管理会社は倒産し解散しておりますので別荘地としての縛りや管理対応はありません。単なる住宅建築可能な土地とお考え下さい。写真は、家族も20年以上現地を訪れておらず、手元にありません。遠方のため、今後も現地へ行く予定は内覧対応以外ではありません。
