I fell in love with the view and the hot spring and bought this unit immediately. I thought it would be fine to live in myself or to rent out as a monthly rental. For this renovation, I changed the tatami room's carpet to cushion flooring, removed the sliding fusuma doors to create a larger open space, and renovated the bath completely from the foundation.
The launched fireworks displays held several times a year in Atami can be seen beautifully from inside the room and from the balcony. I originally had another place planned to live, and that one has finished its renovation too. Also, there are many slopes for walking my elderly dog, so I have reluctantly decided to sell. Furniture and appliances can also be transferred if you wish.
It is a superb view with both the sea and the mountains, and the fireworks can be seen. The wide sunroom lets in sunlight, so it is warm enough that heating is not needed even in winter. The bath is a source-flowing (kakenagashi) hot spring. In winter I used to suffer from dry, rough skin, and it became smooth. Because the bath is private to the unit, you can enjoy the hot spring whenever you like without worrying about anyone else, which is wonderful. I think it would be very good for people with sensitive skin, those who are chronically tired, and those seeking hot-spring recuperation (toji) after an illness. There is a railway line directly below, and unusual trains pass by, so railway fans seem to get excited.
Pets are not allowed. It seems the rules have been relaxed on a building-by-building basis, but as of now this building still does not permit them.

年に複数回ある熱海の花火も打ち上げ花火は、部屋の中やベランダから綺麗に見えます。元々住む予定のところがありそちらもリフォームが終わったのと、老犬が散歩するには坂道が多いことから今回泣く泣く売却することにしました。家具家電もご希望であればお譲りします。
花火が見える海と山の両方が見える絶景です。ワイドサンルームは日光が入るため冬でも暖房が要らないくらい暖かいです。お風呂は源泉かけ流しの温泉で私は冬はカサカサで悩んでいたのがつるつるになりました。戸別にあるので誰にも気兼ねすることなく、いつでも好きな時に入れる温泉が最高です。皮膚が弱い方や慢性的にお疲れの方、病気の後など湯治目的の方にもすごく良いかと思います。眼下に鉄道があり、珍しい電車も通るので鉄道ファンは興奮するようです。
ペットは不可です。棟単位で緩和されているようですが、今のところこちらの棟はまだ駄目のようです。
