When I turned 60, I bought a used property in Kamakura, intending to enjoy a slow life here. The whole house was fully renovated last year, so the interior and the plumbing areas (kitchen, bath, toilet) are in clean condition. Above all, I love the large south-east-facing garden. Seedlings of Kawazu cherry, Japanese bayberry (yamamomo), mandarin orange and osmanthus (kinmokusei) have been planted. Although Kamakura Station is within walking distance, I am still working and feel that retirement is too early, so I have decided to sell.
From February 28, 2025, this property will become a rental property. Because it will be occupied, viewings will no longer be possible. It will be sold as an owner-change (tenanted) property.
Kamakura seems to be the number one town people want to live in. Although viewings are not possible, the property can be handed over at any time. It is about 10 minutes from Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine. It is on high ground with good sunlight and a large garden. 鎌倉は住みたい街ナンバー1のようです。内覧できませんが、いつでも譲渡可能です。鶴岡八幡宮まで10分位の場所です。高台で日当たり良好、庭が広い所です。物件まで緩やかな石階段を登る所がマイナスでしょうか。鎌倉市審査会の承認があれば再建築ができます。
