相続した家を解体し土地だけにしました。以前は木造亜鉛メッキ鋼板葦3階建（地下1F、地上2F）の家がありましたので、新たに家を建てることも可能です。
1949年（昭和24年）頃に、曾祖父がこの土地に住居兼店舗を建てたと聞いています（当時はうどん店を経営）。祖父の代になってからは住居のみに改築し、祖父が亡くなってからは、農業実習生の方の宿舎として利用してもらっていたものの、家の傾きが激しくなったため解体しました。すぐそばに川があり、春から秋にかけては景観がとても良いです。
立地の特徴としまして、県道に面して、川のすぐそばで景観は良いです。生活されている戸建てが近所に数軒あり、車で15分程度のところにスーパー、病院、ホームセンターがあります。
電気は購入者の方に引き込み工事をしていただく必要があります。上水道は川からポンプで引き上げが必要、下水道は汲み取り式です。ガスはプロパンになります（購入者の方がガス会社から購入する）。
