Land inherited from my grandfather. It was purchased about 40 years ago and has remained vacant land (no building conditions) ever since. Weeding and other upkeep have been carried out regularly. Utilities: water supply, sewerage, electricity and gas all come as far as the road in front of the property. The town carries out the sewer connection. However, a one-time beneficiary contribution (benefit assessment charge) is required at 300 yen per m2, so the cost is roughly 300 yen x 337 = 101,100 yen, payable once. Water supply connection is done by a contractor, so the cost is unknown until you get a quote from a contractor.
