This is an inherited property. I live on Honshu and, because of my work, am unlikely to be able to live in Hokkaido, so I am putting it up for sale.
Obihiro is a popular area in Hokkaido. This is Tokachi. The lot is not a corner lot but faces south. At roughly 60 tsubo (about 198 m²), it is a reasonable size for anyone who wants to build a home. The location makes it easy to get to school, so how about building a new home here? The old houses stand in a residential area, and there is a small supermarket behind the property.
Obihiro is located almost in the center of the Tokachi region in eastern Hokkaido. It has many sunny days throughout the year and little precipitation, and the clear weather that continues from autumn through winter is called "Tokachi-bare" (Tokachi clear skies). Although surrounded by nature, the city center is well supplied with commercial facilities and restaurants, and a good balance between nature and city life is its hallmark.
According to a local real estate agent: "Many young families these days dislike weeding and insects and don't want a large lot, so being able to build a house and a carport is enough. If anything, this lot is on the large side." Snow does fall, but the number of snowfalls is relatively low compared with the rest of Hokkaido and heavy snow is rare, which is said to make the area popular. Because there are many hours of sunshine, many homes reportedly have solar panels installed.

AERA's ranking of relocation destinations in the COVID era placed Obihiro first in Hokkaido. It is reportedly popular with families raising children, and land prices are rising.
Old houses are standing on the site as a way of reducing fixed asset tax. A subsidy reportedly covers 80% of demolition costs, and I would like to make use of it. (Please inquire about the fixed asset tax.) In this year's "Regional Brand Power Survey," which quantifies the "attractiveness" of municipalities, Obihiro ranked 30th out of 1,000 cities, wards, towns and villages nationwide. Note: Two old houses of about 45 m² each stand side by side. They were built in 1972 (Showa 47). Renovation would apparently cost a fair amount, so I do not recommend it.

相続した物件で私は本州に住んでいます。仕事の都合で北海道には住めそうもないので、募集させて頂きます。北海道で帯広は人気の地域です。十勝です。土地は角ではないですが、南向きになります。広さは60坪程度なので、家を建てたい人には手ごろな大きさと言えます。学校に通いやすい立地ですのでマイホーム新築に如何でしょうか。古家の建っている場所は住宅地で裏手に小さなスーパーもあります。
帯広は北海道東部の十勝地方のほぼ中央に位置する街です。 年間を通じて晴れの日数が多く降水量も少ない土地で、秋から冬にかけて続く晴天は「十勝晴れ」と呼ばれています。 自然に囲まれた土地ですが、中心部は商業施設や飲食店も充実し、自然と都市のほど良いバランスが保たれているのが特徴です。
現地の不動産屋さんによると、「今は草取りや虫が嫌いと言って大きな土地を好まない若いご家族が多いので、家とカーポートが建てられれば十分なんです。むしろ大きいくらいです」とのことです。雪は降りますが、道内で降る回数は比較的少なく、大雪となることは少ないので人気とのことです。日照時間が多いのでソーラーパネルを挙げている家が多いそうです。
