This property is located on Okinoerabu Island, famous for its "Erabu Blue" sea, so clear that you can see all the way to the sea floor. The island enjoys a warm climate all year round and is called the "Island of Flowers" because of its thriving flower cultivation. Unusually for the Amami Islands, there are no habu (venomous snakes), so you can enjoy walking around with peace of mind.
Okinoerabu Island lies between Okinawa and Kagoshima, with flights from Naha Airport in Okinawa and Kagoshima Airport in Kagoshima. The Naha route opened in 2018, before COVID, and the island is attracting attention as a tourist destination and a place to relocate to. There is also a ferry. There are convenience stores, drugstores and supermarkets, so daily life should be no problem. Besides the sea, attractions include Japan's largest banyan tree, spots where you can see sea turtles, and limestone caves. The island has been featured many times in the media, such as the TV show "Sekai no Hate made Itte Q", and in November 2020 it was covered on Nippon TV's "Futtou Word 10" under a title that shows its popularity: "Why is Okinoerabu Island the No. 1 rising star? Secret spectacular views from mysterious cave exploration."
How about it as a vacation home, second house or relocation property? We have not investigated this ourselves, but provided there are no problems with local ordinances, since there is no zoning designation and the land is large (outside the city planning area), it might also be interesting to use it for an office or business purposes (this would need to be checked). After researching various listings, we have set a price that is low for the same area (most listings we saw were around 50,000-60,000 yen per tsubo).
The property is to be sold as-is, and because the building is old, we would like to sell it as land with an old house. The transaction can proceed at any time. We look forward to your inquiries.
The selling points are, of course, that island properties rarely come on the market, that this is a tourist destination with a beautiful sea, and in addition that the land is large. There is also a golf course nearby, within walking distance. You would probably need to drive to reach the sea. The weak point is probably the utilities. The water supply is not public (or private utility) water and may be drawn from someone else's land, and there is probably no sewer, so you would need a septic tank or a vault toilet (pit latrine) system.

現況、雑草が生い茂っている為大幅値下げしています。「エラブブルー」の名前の通り、海の底まで見える抜群の透明度の青い海が有名な沖永良部島の物件です。1年中温暖な気候に恵まれ「花の島」と呼ばれるほど花の栽培が盛んです。奄美諸島の中では珍しくハブがいないので安心して散策を楽しめます。
沖永良部島は沖縄と鹿児島の間に位置する島で、沖縄の那覇空港および鹿児島の鹿児島空港から飛行機がでています。那覇空港からは、コロナ前の2018年に開通しており、観光地、移住地として注目を浴びている離島です。フェリーもあります。コンビニ、ドラッグストア、スーパーもあり、生活には困らないと思います。観光としては、海以外にも日本一のガジュマルの木、ウミガメが見えるスポット、鍾乳洞等があります。「世界の果てまでイッテQ」等、メディアでも度々取り上げられており、日本テレビ「沸騰ワード10」では「なぜ、沖永良部島が人気急上昇第1位、神秘の洞窟探検マル秘絶景」という人気を伺わせるタイトルで、2020年11月に放送されました。
別荘、セカンドハウス、移住物件としていかがでしょうか。当方では調査はしておりませんが、条例等問題なければ、用途地域の指定無しで土地も広いため（都市計画区域外）、事務所や事業用としての活用も面白いかもしれません（調査は必要です）。いろいろと調べまして、同じ地域内では安い価格での設定とさせていただきました（見ていると坪5～6万円程が多く見られました）。現状での売買で、建物も古いため、古家付き土地売買とさせていただきたく思います。いつでも取引は可能です。是非よろしくお願いいたします。
物件のウリは、やはりあまり出ない離島物件ということと、もちろん海がきれいな観光地ともなっているところ、それプラスで土地が大きいことです。徒歩圏内と近くにゴルフ場もあります。海へは車での移動かと思います。イマイチなところは、ライフラインかと思います。上水道は公営（私営）ではなく、他人地から引っ張られている可能性があること、おそらく下水道はなく、浄化槽または汲み取りになるかと思います。
