間取りは広々5SLDK、1F/洋14.75LDK+和6畳+和6畳、洋7.5畳、お風呂、トイレ、2F/洋6畳+洋8畳、納戸（広め）です。バス停まで徒歩約3分です。2022年に大規模リフォーム済です。治安が良好で大変静かな環境です。
