This is the house where I was born and where my parents lived for many years. I inherited it after my parents passed away, but because I live in Fukuoka it is now vacant. I expect there are various problems, such as damage to the foundation, a leaking roof and a broken boiler, but I am looking for someone who will buy it. It has been vacant for about 5 years, and the building is thought to be about 50 years old.
It is about a 5-minute walk from Karatsu Station. The location is good: it sits on a quiet spot a little off the main road, and the biggest appeal is that you can get into town easily. 両親がずっと住んでいた私の生家です。両親が他界したため相続しましたが、私は福岡に住んでいるため空き家となっています。家の基礎部分の傷み、雨漏り、ボイラーの故障などいろいろ問題はあると思いますが、購入してくれる人を探しています。空き家期間は5年程度で、築50年程度と思われます。
唐津駅から徒歩5分程度です。場所がよく、大通りから少し入ったところにある静かな所で、街にもすぐ出ることができるのが一番の魅力です。1階が駐車場になっています。上下水道、電気は問題なく利用可能ですが、1階の電気供給の配線がもろかったような気がします。ガスはプロパンガスでしたが、今は解約してします。
悪いところとしましては、基礎部分がさびや腐食で弱ってきており、全面的なリフォームが必要です。また、雨漏りがあります。ボイラーは動きません。家の中には家財等残したままです。
その他問題点等あるかもしれませんが、ご質問等いただければ包み隠さずご回答します。十分ご納得の上、ご購入いただければと思います。
