Description
I used this house as a holiday home because I love Beppu's hot springs. While I was working, I went every weekend, heading straight from work on Friday night and staying overnight. Beppu and Oita are full of sightseeing spots, and I visited for many years. I have recently become elderly and no longer use it, so I have decided to sell. The property is sold as-is.
Any items left in the rooms or building (those not needed) must be cleared away by the buyer. There is no hurry, and I would like to take my time finding a buyer. The price is not negotiable (I sincerely apologize, but I must decline inquiries from anyone who expects a discount from the start, as it would be a waste of time for both of us).
Two houses away is a well-known day-use natural hot spring bathing facility, and there are other local natural hot spring baths nearby. The property is right in the middle of a lively hot spring resort area. The famous, rustic open-air bath (Hebi no Yu) is also in the neighborhood. The building stands in a quiet spot set back from the road, and you do not notice any noise. A motorbike can be brought right up to the side of the building. It is on open high ground, with views over the hot spring town and, in the distance, Beppu Bay and Beppu Tower. You can also see the summer fireworks festival from the room, albeit from a distance.
The building is old and worn. There is no parking space. For a motorbike, you might be able to make a parking space beside the building yourself (purely a hypothetical idea). I cannot be present for viewings, so please view the property on site by yourself.
Note: Although this is a holiday home in a hot spring resort area, it is ordinary land (privately owned) facing a public road, so it has the advantage of having none of the management fees or assessments typical of so-called resort properties. Price reduced from 3.9 million yen to 1.9 million yen (a 2 million yen reduction).

働いている頃は、毎週末に金曜夜の仕事上がりから直接泊りがけで出かけました。別府・大分は観光名所が目白押しで何年も通いました。最近、高齢になり使用しなくなったので売却を決めました。現状渡しとなります。
部屋や建物内の残置品は（不要なものは）購入者様で片付けなどお願いします。急ぎませんので、ゆっくり買い手を探したいと思います。価格のお値引きは出来ません（大変恐れ入りますが、お値引き前提の方は最初からお問合せお断り致します。お互いに時間の無駄ですので）。
二軒隣が有名な日帰り天然温泉入浴の施設になっており、他にも周辺に地元の天然入浴施設もあり、賑やかな温泉観光地のど真ん中です。野趣溢れる有名な露天浴場（蛇の湯）も近隣です。建物は道路から入った場所で閑静な場所に建っており、騒音は感じません。建物横までバイクが入れます。開けた高台にありますので、温泉街を見渡し遠くに別府湾や別府タワーも見えます。夏の花火大会も遠景ながら部屋から見れます。
建物は古く、くたびれています。駐車場はありません。バイクですと建物横に駐車スペースをご自身で製作出来るかも知れません（あくまで空想の話）。内見の立会は出来ませんので、各自で現地内見をお願い致します。
※温泉観光地に所在する別荘ですが、公道に面した普通の土地（自己所有）で、いわゆるリゾート物件特有の「管理費、負担金の類い」が無いのが利点です。390万円→190万円（200万円引き）
