Description
For about five years I have been spending weekends in Isumi, buying and renovating used houses as a hobby and renting them out. This land is in the Matsukazedai residential area, popular with surfers. Taito Beach is within walking distance, and Shida-shita, an Olympic surfing venue, is also nearby.
The land was developed on a south-facing slope. When I bought it, I could see the sea at Ohara from the top of a stepladder, but the trees have since grown and it can no longer be seen. For reference, I have attached photos taken by drone toward the Ohara area. I had planned to build a small rental house here, but I have started a development elsewhere and cannot get to this one, so I am willing to sell it if you are interested. The site has a forest-like atmosphere, so a tiny house could also work well.
The land will be handed over in its current condition (I will spray herbicide as appropriate). Water supply and a septic tank have not been installed. Price negotiations will not be accepted, as they would only waste both parties' time.
Land for sale in Matsukazedai is rare, but please understand that the lot is small and does not allow a large garden, and that the south side is an embankment slope, so the foundation and similar work will likely need some special design (please consult an architect).

5年ほど前から週末をいすみ市で過ごしつつ、趣味で中古住宅を買って直して賃貸しています。この土地はサーファーに人気の松風台住宅地内にあり、太東海水浴場は徒歩圏、オリンピック会場の志田下も近いです。
南向き斜面に造成された土地で、購入した時は脚立の上から大原の海が見えましたが、今は樹木が茂ってしまい確認できません。ご参考までにドローンで撮影した大原方面の写真を添付します。小さい賃貸用住宅を建てる予定だったのですが、他の場所で開発を始めて本件まで手が回らないので、御希望があればお譲りします。敷地内は森の雰囲気もあるので、タイニーハウスも良さそうです。
現況での引き渡し（除草剤は適宜撒きます）です。水道と浄化槽は未整備です。お互いの時間が無駄になるので指値は受けません。
松風台の売地は希少ですが、小さい土地で庭が広く取れない事、南側が法面で基礎などに工夫が必要と思われる事（建築士に御相談下さい）をご了承ください。
