I am the owner. This is the house my family lived in until April last year. I am not a real estate agent and am not selling for business purposes. I truly want to pass on a good house at a low price to someone who needs it, and I would like to hand it over to someone who will take good care of it and live there for a long time. It is common in country living to decide purely on price, buy a cheap house, and later spend several million to tens of millions of yen on renovation and repairs, ending up exhausted in body and mind and paying more in the end. Unless you are a serious DIY enthusiast, living in a house that is already finished and in good condition is cheaper in both time and money.

- The water is very clean, and you can drink and use natural water as much as you like. Water quality tests meet the national standards and the water is "suitable as drinking water."
Clean water alone changes the condition of your skin and hair and keeps you healthy in body and mind, which is a value money cannot buy. The air is also very clear and clean. 私はこの物件の持ち主で、当物件は私達家族が昨年4月まで住んでいた家です。また、私は不動産業者ではありませんし、商売目的ではありませんので、本当に良い家を低価格で必要な方にお譲りしたいと思っています。
その為、大事に長く住んで頂ける方にお譲りしたいと思い、この家いちばに登録させて頂きました（※他で不動産会社さんにも仲介をお願いしているので、もし他で先に売れてしまいましたらこちらの掲載は終了となります）。

ネット回線も引いておりますので、高速でノンストレスですし、スーパー等の買い物も便利な立地です。便利でオシャレな家でスローライフを楽しみたい方にオススメです。近所に学校等もあり、子育て支援や設備も充実しておりますので、子育て世代の方にもオススメです。
また、水が非常に綺麗な場所で、天然水が飲み放題、使い放題という贅沢な家です（水質検査も国が定めた基準をクリアしていて、「飲料水としても適しています」）。
当たり前の事かもしれませんが、まず水が綺麗というだけで、肌や髪のツヤが変わりますし、何より心身共に非常に健康に過ごせます。お金では買えない価値があります。空気も澄んでいて非常に綺麗で、ここに住むと便利すぎて都会に行く必要も無くなりますが、たまに気分転換で街に出る事があっても、空気の綺麗な場所に早く帰りたくなります。
