父親から相続した土地ですが、使用することがないので、誰か有効利用していただける方がいればと思い、投稿させて頂きました。父が建てた作業小屋が建っていますが、荷物は整理してあるので中は広い空間になっています。ちなみに父は大工さんだったので、骨組みなどはしっかりと作られていると思います。水道は敷地内に引き込み済みですが、いま現在使用していないので止めてあります。電気は以前通っていましたが今は切ってあります。現況は農地になっていますが、市の農業委員会に聞いたところ、農地転用されており、後は法務局で地目変更をすれば大丈夫だそうです。
今流行りのサウナを作ったり、キャンプをしたり、定住できる部屋に改築したりとさまざまな使い方ができると思います。もちろん資材置き場や倉庫としても使えます。現状のまま買い取っていただける方希望です。引き渡しの時期は即日でも可能です。
伊東市役所から約2kmで市の中心部からも近いわりに自然が多く、周りは畑などで住宅も密集していなくてとてものどかな所です。ただ1番近いスーパーで約2km、最寄りのバス停まで700m程の距離があるので車がないと不便だと思います。4メートル幅の接道部分の4分の1の持ち分しかなく、現状再建築不可ですが、他の持ち主から借りる等いろいろな方法で建築は可能だそうです。親戚同士4軒で共同で持っているので相談して頂ければと思います。陽当たりも良く、近くに崖や川などもないので、自然災害の心配も大丈夫です。
