I lived here about 50 years ago. I inherited this land and will not be going back, so I am selling it. It is currently cleared (vacant) land. The residential lot is 306 m² and there is also a field of 221 m².
I checked with the Agricultural Committee: they cannot issue a certificate that the field is non-farmland, but if you apply for farmland conversion, the field can also become residential land, subject to approval.

50年位前に住んでいました。遺産相続した土地でもう帰る事がありません。現在、更地です。宅地306㎡、畑221㎡です。畑は農業委員会に確認したところ、非農地証明は出せないけれど、農地転用申請すれば許可次第で宅地も大丈夫です。昔の土地なので測量図面がありません。公簿売買で取引を理解いただける方ご検討ください。
また宅地のガスや水道については以前住んでいたので引き込みはありますが、長い間住んでいなかったので配管など傷んでいて使えない可能性があります。その点もご了承の上、購入のご検討をお願いします。町の真ん中で国道沿い、学校、駅、病院などは、徒歩10分圏内です。高速のインターチェンジもすぐです。安比高原リゾートスキー場も車で20分です。
