My father passed away, and I can no longer manage the land (with a warehouse) and the farmland (4 plots in total) that he used to look after on his own.
Not all of the relatives have yet agreed to sell, so I would like to decide the price once discussions progress. The amount is negotiable. The timing is also open, but because of the annual mowing and fixed asset tax, which are a burden, I would like to sell as soon as possible. 畑からは、名峰大山が眺められ、景色は最高です。夏には田んぼのみどり、秋には稲穂が黄金色に輝き圧巻の景色です。また、鳥取県はレジャーが豊富で、大山からは車で約20分、海水浴場までも15分と直ぐに出かけられます。また、ゴルフ場や、天然温泉など豊かな自然を生かした施設が充実しています。
