お隣さんは家庭菜園をされています。反対側のお隣さんはこちらの土地と同じように草ぼうぼうとなっております。時期はいつでも良いです。以前怪しい業者より原野商法詐欺的な連絡があったので、親族が疑心暗鬼になっています。誠実な方のお申込みをお願いします。
標高が高く見晴らしが良く、市街地や川などを望むことができます。生活にも便利な立地で可部高校も近くにあります。数年前に可部地区で土砂災害がありましたが、この土地は被害を免れました。
