This is a resort (villa) lot owned by my father. He reportedly bought it long ago during the boom years, at the urging of others. He had always dreamed of using it someday, but as he is winding down his affairs, he would like to hand it over very cheaply to anyone who can make good use of it, which is why we are using this bulletin board. If possible, we would appreciate it if the two plots could be taken together.
The resort area is located in Arida District, Wakayama Prefecture, 22.3 km (about 35 minutes) from Kainan-Higashi on the Hanwa Expressway. Adjacent Ogami Plateau (elevation 870 m) is within walking distance, offering 360-degree views and wildflowers of every season; it is a prefectural nature park famous especially for its pampas grass in autumn. The lot is almost in the center of the resort area, close to the sound of a small spring stream, and with the open view of the retention basin (flood control pond) in front, it is recommended for use as a summer retreat. The land is sloped overall, with a large rock jutting out in the middle, giving it a varied terrain.
We would like to offer it together with another parcel located along the ridge in the southwest part of the resort area. That parcel is a sloped lot with road access on two sides (front and back), and from the higher parts of the site you can see the sea toward Yuasa Bay through the trees. There is a large rock there as well, which could be interesting depending on how you use it. Because this is a resort lot, joining the management association is mandatory. Management fees for the two plots (three parcels) are about 18,000 yen per year. Connection to electricity and water is possible.
