This is the family home where I was born and raised. It has been vacant for 13 years. It was originally a single-storey house, which was renovated and extended into a two-storey house around 1980 (Showa 55). My father was a carpenter, so whenever problems came up he carried out repairs and maintenance himself. After 13 years of vacancy, I expect there is a lot of deterioration. I never imagined I would be selling my family home, so I currently have no photos available. 私の生まれ育った実家です。空き家になって13年です。元々平屋だった所に昭和55年頃にリフォームと増築をおこない二階建てにしました。元々父親が大工なので不具合が出たら修理、補修等々はやってました。空き家になって13年経ち、傷み等々はたくさんあると思います。私も実家を売るとは思ってなかったので写真等々が無いのが現状です。古屋ですのであまり期待せずにリフォーム等々手を入れて住まれる方よろしくお願い致します。
海は直接見れませんが歩きで3分も有れば波止場です。釣りが好きな方、海が好きな方には最高だと思います。脇田海水浴場まで歩いて2～3分です。グリーンパークまで車で5分ですのでゆっくり散歩される方にも良いかと思います。上下水道、車庫あり、オール電化になってます。古屋ですのであまり期待せずにお願い致します。
