建物・物置がありましたが、能登半島地震により公費解体しました。現在は更地の状態です。敷地は102坪と広いのですが、旗竿地です。前面道路幅は12ｍ、門の入口幅は2.37ｍなので再建築可能です。（市役所に確認取ってあります）ショッピングモール、コンビニ、バス停が徒歩圏内。利便性良いですよ。活用してくれる方がいましたら、ありがたいです。
井戸（使用できるかは不明）・池あり、上水道あります。門壊せば、竿部分に車停める事は可能、横に月極駐車場あり（5,500円と聞いています）前に貸地あります。また、下記価格で掲載していますが値下げは相談に応じます。
※貸地としても月々3万円～相談可です。契約時に15万円～払ってもらえたらと思います(預り金等はなしで)。賃貸後で購入希望の場合は現状渡しになりますが…OKです。
