My father inherited a house and residential land from my aunt, and then added a second home on the same site for his retirement. At the same time, the inherited house was renovated except for one room. However, we find we cannot leave the land we are so familiar with, so although both buildings are unused, we have decided to sell them to a suitable buyer.
The renovated house is a single-story, south-facing, warm wooden house. The steel-frame two-story house is newly built using timber from a forest my father grew, and has never been used. The two-story house was built in the garden of the square plot, so we would like to sell both together. The water heater, bathtub, kitchen, washbasin, heating and cooling system, and everything else are unused. The renovated bungalow needs additional renovation, such as part of the floor. Because of the characteristics of the land, it is not much exposed to typhoon winds. In my aunt's time the garden was a Japanese garden. Some of the grown shrubs have been cut down and some have been left; with some work, it could become a beautiful garden.
It is ready to be sold at any time. There is a small lane along which a kei car can only just manage to reach the gate, but until now, apart from a few occasions, it has been used only for access by bicycle and on foot. We are told it does not legally count as a road. There is no garage on the property, so when we go to look after the house, we either park in the large vacant lot to the south or rent a parking space attached to the lane mentioned above. The parking lot is owned by the fruit and vegetable market, so we recommend obtaining permission. The agricultural cooperative (JA), a supermarket, restaurants, a gas station, a hospital and other facilities are within walking distance.

伯母から父が譲り受けた住宅と宅地に父がリタイヤ用に別宅を追加しました。譲り受けた住宅も同時に1部屋を除いてリフォームをしましたが、今も自分の住み慣れた土地を離れられず、両方共未使用ですが良い方がいれば売ることにしました。
リフォーム済みの家は平屋で南向きの温かい木造、鉄骨の二階建ては父が育てた森林の木材を使用し新築して未使用です。四角い土地の庭にその二階建てを建てたのでまとめて売りたいと思います。給湯器、浴槽、キッチン、洗面台、冷暖房システム、その他も未使用です。リフォームした平屋は床の一部などの追加リフォームが必要です。土地の特性で台風の風当たりも弱いです。伯母の時代は日本庭園にしていましたが低木が成長したものを伐採したものもあれば、残しているものもありますが、手を加えれば美しい庭にできると思います。
いつでも売れる状態です。軽自動車がぎりぎりで門まで来られるかどうかの小道がありますが、これまでは数回以外は自転車と歩行のみのアクセスに使用されていました。これは法律上道路の範疇には入らないそうです。土地内に車庫を造っていないので、私達が家の手入れに行く時は南側の広い空き地に駐車するか前述の小道に併設された駐車場を借りるかしています。駐車場は青果市場の所有なので許可を得ることをお勧めします。農協、スーパー、飲食店、ガソリンスタンド、病院などが徒歩圏にあります。
