夏は向かいの小川で家から蛍が見れます。風呂はボイラーなのでガス契約しなくていいです。一階の四畳半位の和室にエアコン付いてます。二層式洗濯機置さしあげます。築46年なのでそれなりの傷みあります。トイレは簡易水洗です。雨漏りはありません。
